# Polygon (Deprecated) Swaps

Polygon support on NFT.org ended on Monday, August 5th, 2024.

Below is a table of open Polygon swaps at the time Polygon support was deprecated.

It is **highly recommended** that all of the below swaps be **canceled**.

Fulfillment of any open swap will remain possible in perpetuity through writing to the NFT.org DEX Polygon contract.

Maker assets involved in all open custodial swaps continue to be held by the NFT.org DEX Polygon contract. Canceling a custodial swap will return maker assets to the maker address.\
\
Instructions on how to cancel the below swaps by writing to the NFT.org DEX Polygon contract can be found below the table.

## Instructions for Canceling Open Polygon Swaps

1. Make sure that MetaMask (or other compatible browser-injected wallet) is unlocked in your browser, that the Polygon network is selected and that the appropriate maker address account from the table above is selected.\
   &#x20;\
   Guidance on how to connect to the Polygon network can be found here if needed:\
   \
   <https://polygon.technology/blog/getting-started-with-metamask-on-polygon>

2. Navigate your web browser to the "Write Contract" function on the NFT.org DEX Polygon contract page on Polygonscan:\
   \
   <https://polygonscan.com/address/0x13d48d37b7d4ecb72fb3952756d340ff372bdbf5#writeContract>

3. Click 'Connect to Web3' to connect your wallet to Polygonscan. You will get a warning about this feature being in beta and stating that Polygonscan is not responsible for any losses. Click 'OK' and then select the wallet you are using to connect from the ensuing wallet menu. If you are not already connected to the Polygon network, your wallet may prompt you to switch to the Polygon Network at this point.\ <br>

4. Scroll down to the third contract function - `dropSwap`. Click the function to reveal the `swapID_` input field for this function. Enter the swapID from the table above that corresponds with your maker address into the input field.\
   \
   Click the 'Write' button and sign the ensuing transaction prompt using your connected wallet.\
   \
   After the transaction has confirmed on the Polygon network, the specified swap will have been canceled and any custodial maker assets held by the NFT.org DEX Polygon contract will have been returned to the maker address.
